In Studio
Sessions in studio take place at Seed Pilates + Movement Training in Seattle, WA. The studio is equipped with 3 reformers of varying heights that can be converted into Cadillacs (vertical spring attachments), a spilt pedal stability chair, and a variety of props. The studio is mirror free so we can focus on function over aesthetics. Currently I am offering private, duet, and trio sessions Monday/Tuesday mornings-early afternoons. Small group classes coming soon!
Note: I also offer an optional app for home workouts in-between sessions.
Accessibility: The studio is wheelchair accessible via elevator. Exercises will be modified to suit your body, abilities, and goals. Appropriate equipment will be considered to accommodate your specific needs. For more info see FAQs.
Online
Online sessions are a great option for anyone who prefers to work out from home or wants to keep up with their practice when they are traveling. You do not need any equipment, but I do recommend a yoga mat. As you get stronger, or if support is needed in certain exercises, I encourage the use of a few small and inexpensive props such as stretch bands, a ball, and weights. If you do have a reformer or other Pilates equipment at home I am happy to incorporate that into your sessions, but it is not necessary!
Note: I also offer an optional app for home workouts in-between sessions.
Accessibility: Exercises will be modified to suit your body, abilities, and goals. For example, if it is challenging for you to get up and down from the ground we can do seated exercises in a chair, standing exercises, and utilize what is available to you in your home environment.
